Wood character. A precise aluminum profile.
Wood grain aluminum baffle ceilings combine an open U-shaped aluminum profile with a heat-transfer woodgrain finish. The linear ceiling brings a warm visual rhythm to hotel lobbies, restaurants, retail interiors and reception areas.
Profiles are continuously roll-formed from AA1100 or AA3003 aluminum coil. Specify 0.4–1.5 mm wall thickness, a 20–300 mm bottom width and a 20–200 mm height, with lengths cut to the ceiling plan. Confirm the wood tone, grain direction and visible joints against a physical sample before production.

No. The U-shaped profile is roll-formed aluminum with a heat-transfer woodgrain surface.
