01 / PRODUCT OVERVIEW & INSTALLATION
Specify the finish with the setting.
PVDF aluminum baffle ceilings use a fluorocarbon spray coating on roll-formed U-shaped aluminum profiles. They are specified where the architectural finish, color and exposure requirements need to be coordinated in one product package.
Select AA1100 or AA3003 aluminum, 0.4–1.5 mm wall thickness, 20–300 mm bottom width and 20–200 mm profile height. Lengths are cut to your drawings. For canopies, semi-open circulation areas or other exposed locations, provide the exposure conditions and design requirements so the coating and suspension specification can be reviewed together.
